We’re lucky to have been the centerpiece of hundreds of memorable events throughout Mid-Coast Maine and beyond, and we’d be delighted to share the magic of the Uproot with your guests. We take our mobile ovens on the road from April to October to local markets and catering along the coast. Weddings on islands, birthdays in backyards or a gathering of friends just for fun, we can nestle the oven just about anywhere. The sound of the crackling fire and the scent of wood-fire make the oven a hearth where guests naturally want to gather and watch us craft sourdough pizzas, made with what’s in season. Even the ovens add to the scenery, each built by a talented sculptor in Rockland, Maine.
